User Generated Content Policy
Version 1.1 · Last updated: 11 July 2026
Rules for content you upload, generate, and share on Zencra Labs.
1. Scope
This User Generated Content Policy applies to content you upload, generate, or share on Zencra Labs, including prompts, uploads, generated outputs, profile information, and anything you publish to the gallery or showcase. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you lawfully provide and, to the extent permitted by law and the underlying providers, the outputs you generate, subject to the rights of third parties.
3. Licence to Zencra Labs
To operate the platform, you grant Zencra Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and back up your content as needed to provide, secure, and improve the platform, to moderate it, and to display and distribute content you make public within the gallery, showcase, and related features. This licence ends when your content is deleted, except for copies retained for legal, security, or backup purposes for a limited period.
4. Public content
Content you publish publicly may be viewed by others and may appear in galleries, search, and showcase surfaces, and may be cached or indexed. It remains public until you delete it or make it private, subject to caching and backups. Do not publish content you do not have the right to share publicly.
5. Your warranties
You confirm that you hold the rights, licences, and consents needed for your content, including for any real person depicted and for any copyrighted or trademarked material. Content must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, AI Content Policy, and Community Guidelines.
6. Moderation and takedown
As a platform that hosts user content, we may review content and may remove, restrict, unpublish, or reduce the visibility of content that violates our policies or applicable law, including on receipt of a valid complaint, with or without notice. We are not obligated to host or display any content.
7. Repeat violations
Users who repeatedly violate this policy may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
8. Reporting
To report content that violates this policy, contact support@zencralabs.com. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright Takedown Policy.
