DMCA and Copyright Takedown Policy
Version 1.1 · Last updated: 11 July 2026
How to report copyright infringement and how takedown requests are handled.
1. Our approach
ZENCRA LABS PRIVATE LIMITED respects intellectual property and responds to valid copyright complaints under applicable Indian law, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Information Technology Act, 2000, as well as comparable international notice-and-takedown frameworks such as the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act for international notices. This policy explains how to report infringing content and how we handle takedown and counter-notice requests.
2. How to file a takedown notice
If content on Zencra Labs infringes your copyright, send a written notice to legal@zencralabs.com that includes:
- Your name, address, email, and your relationship to the rights holder.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- A direct link or clear description that lets us locate the content on the platform.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. What we do
On receipt of a valid notice we may remove or disable access to the content, notify the user who posted it, and forward the relevant parts of your notice. Incomplete notices may delay our response.
4. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or that you are entitled to use it, you may send a counter-notice to legal@zencralabs.com with your contact details, identification of the removed content and its prior location, a statement made in good faith that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, and your signature. Where permitted by applicable law, we may restore the content if the complainant does not pursue the matter within the applicable time.
5. Repeat infringers
We may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers, and may act against accounts involved in clear or repeated infringement.
6. False or bad faith notices
Submitting a false or bad faith notice or counter-notice may create liability, including for damages and costs. Only submit a request you believe in good faith to be accurate.
7. Contact
Copyright notices and counter-notices should be sent to legal@zencralabs.com. Our registered office is B-104, Shankar Dham, Vakola, Santacruz East, Mumbai 400055, Maharashtra, India.
