Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

1. Our intellectual property

The Zencra Labs platform, including its software, design, user interface, layout, page structure, studio concepts, graphics, copy, and logos, and the names Zencra Labs, Zencra Image Studio, Zencra Video Studio, Zencra Audio Studio, Future Cinema Studio, MoviePilotZ, LipSyncZ, CaptionZ, Creative Director, AI Influencer Builder, are owned by or licensed to Zencra Labs and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, trademark law, and other applicable laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2. Your limited licence

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not use our intellectual property for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

3. Prohibited use of our brand

You must not, and must not help others to:

• Copy or imitate our website, user interface, branding, names, logos, product labels, page structure, or studio concepts.
• Create a fake Zencra website, unofficial clone, or confusingly similar domain, or pass off another product as Zencra Labs.
• Use our branding or product names in competing products or in a way that causes confusion or amounts to passing off.
• Claim to be official, affiliated, endorsed, open-source, or partnered with us without written permission, including misleading claims such as an unofficial "open Zencra".
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code, prompts, or models.

4. Your content

You retain your rights in content you lawfully provide and, to the extent permitted by law and the underlying providers, in outputs you generate. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Respecting third-party rights

You must not upload or generate content that infringes the copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party, or use a person's likeness without consent.

6. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use it without restriction or obligation to you.

7. Reporting infringement

If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed on the platform, report it under our Copyright Takedown Policy or by contacting legal@zencralabs.com.
