Acceptable Use Policy

The rules for using Zencra Labs safely, lawfully, and fairly.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses Zencra Labs. It forms part of our Terms of Service and works with our AI Content Policy, User Generated Content Policy, and Community Guidelines. Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, loss of abused credits, suspension, termination, and referral to authorities.

2. Prohibited content

You must not create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • Is unlawful or promotes or facilitates illegal activity.
  • Misuses a real person's face, voice, likeness, or identity without consent, including deepfakes and impersonation.
  • Is non-consensual intimate or sexual content, or any sexual content that involves, depicts, or sexualises minors.
  • Exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any way.
  • Promotes hate, harassment, threats, violence, terrorism, or extremism.
  • Enables fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, or financial abuse.
  • Is designed to deceive the public, including political deception and election manipulation.
  • Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest the platform, its content, or its data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, or models.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to abuse features, rate limits, or the API.
  • Circumvent security, authentication, access controls, or usage limits, or deploy malware or steal credentials.
  • Engage in payment, credit, refund, chargeback, trial, or account-sharing abuse.
  • Resell or provide unauthorised access to the platform, or interfere with its operation or other users.

4. Brand and platform protection

Zencra Labs branding and the names Zencra Labs, Zencra Image Studio, Zencra Video Studio, Zencra Audio Studio, Future Cinema Studio, MoviePilotZ, LipSyncZ, CaptionZ, Creative Director, AI Influencer Builder are protected. You must not copy or imitate our website interface, branding, names, logos, product labels, page structure, or studio concepts; build fake Zencra websites, unofficial clones, or confusingly similar domains; use our branding in competing products; or claim to be official, affiliated, endorsed, open-source, or partnered with us without written permission. Misleading claims such as an unofficial "open Zencra" are prohibited.

6. Enforcement

We may review, remove, or restrict content, suspend or terminate accounts, reverse credits or access obtained through abuse, and report unlawful activity to authorities.

7. Reporting

To report a violation, contact support@zencralabs.com. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright Takedown Policy.

This document is effective from the Last updated date shown above and may be updated from time to time. When we make changes we will revise that date and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of Zencra Labs after an update means you accept the revised version.
