1. About these terms
These Beta and Preview Terms apply in addition to our Terms of Service when you access Zencra Labs through a private preview, an access code, a waitlist invitation, or any feature that we describe as beta, preview, early access, or coming soon. They are offered by ZENCRA LABS PRIVATE LIMITED.
Where these terms conflict with the Terms of Service, these terms apply to your use of preview and beta features only. Everything else in the Terms of Service continues to apply. Our Privacy Policy at /privacy applies to preview access in the same way it applies to general use.
2. Preview access and eligibility
Where we operate access to the platform, or to a particular feature, as a private preview, access may be granted through an access code, an invitation, or approval of a waitlist request at /waitlist. We decide who receives preview access and we may decline, pause, or withdraw access at our discretion. Where we do not operate the platform as a private preview, the rest of these terms still apply to any feature we describe as beta, preview, early access, or coming soon.
Preview access is personal to you and is granted for your own use. You must not share, sell, publish, or transfer an access code or invitation, and you must not attempt to obtain access by circumventing preview access controls. You remain responsible for activity under your account.
You must meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service, including the minimum age requirement, before using any preview feature.
3. Preview features are provided as they are
Preview and beta features are made available for evaluation. They may be incomplete, may behave unexpectedly, may produce lower quality results than a finished feature, and may be interrupted without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, preview and beta features are provided without warranties of any kind.
We do not promise any particular level of availability, uptime, performance, capacity, or turnaround for preview and beta features, and no service level commitment applies to them.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where applicable Indian law does not permit such exclusion or limitation, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
4. Changes, limits, and withdrawal
We may add, change, limit, suspend, or remove any preview or beta feature at any time, including a feature that is labelled beta or coming soon within the product. A feature that appears during preview may never become generally available, and a feature that becomes generally available may do so on different terms or on a different plan.
We may apply usage limits, rate limits, queueing, or capacity restrictions to preview features, and we may change those limits at any time.
5. Credits, plans, and billing
Preview access does not by itself create a paid subscription. Where you buy a plan, credits, or an add-on during the preview, that purchase is governed by our Terms of Service and by our Refund and Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy, including the rules there on credit expiry, cancellation, and refunds.
Participation in a preview does not create an entitlement to free access, to a discount, to retained pricing, or to a credit grant after the preview ends, unless we state that in writing.
6. Your content during a preview
Content you upload and outputs you generate during a preview are subject to our User Generated Content Policy at /ugc-policy, our AI Content Policy at /ai-content-policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy at /acceptable-use.
Because preview features may change or be withdrawn, we recommend that you download and keep your own copy of any output you want to rely on. We do not undertake to preserve preview outputs, settings, projects, or history beyond what our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page describe.
7. Feedback
We welcome feedback, bug reports, and suggestions about preview features. If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate and improve Zencra Labs, without any obligation to you and without any obligation to keep it confidential.
Do not send us confidential information, personal data about other people, or material you are not free to share as part of feedback.
8. Non-public preview information
Access codes, invitations, and any feature that we have not publicly announced are non-public. Unless we have publicly announced a feature, or you have our written permission, you should not publish screenshots, recordings, benchmarks, or descriptions of unreleased functionality.
This does not restrict you from sharing outputs you have created, provided you comply with our Terms of Service and content policies.
9. Ending preview access
We may end your preview access at any time, including where we end the preview programme, where you breach these terms or our Terms of Service, where we suspect abuse of an access code, or where continuing would create a legal or security risk.
You can stop using preview features at any time. Ending preview access does not by itself close your account or cancel a paid plan; account deletion is described at /data-deletion and cancellation at /refund-policy.
10. Relationship to our other terms
These terms form part of our Terms of Service at /terms. Our Privacy Policy at /privacy, Cookie Policy at /cookies, and the content policies linked above continue to apply. Where you use Zencra Labs on a Business plan or as a member of a workspace, our Business and Enterprise Terms at /business-terms also apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction over disputes relating to them, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection and forum rights available to you under applicable law.
This document is effective from the Last updated date shown above and may be updated from time to time. When we make changes we will revise that date and, where appropriate, notify you through the platform or by email. Continued use of Zencra Labs after an update means you accept the revised version.
